DoneFlow ("we", "our", or "us") operates the DoneFlow mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our app.

Information We Collect

When you create an account and use DoneFlow, we collect the following information:

• Account information: Email address and password (password is encrypted by Firebase Authentication)
• Business profile: Business name, owner name, phone number, email, and business address that you provide during setup
• Business data: Projects, clients, payments, invoices, material costs, and photos that you create within the app
• Device information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for crash reporting and improvement

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Provide and maintain the DoneFlow service
• Authenticate your identity and secure your account
• Store and sync your business data across devices
• Generate invoices and reports within the app
• Send email verification and password reset emails
• Improve the app through anonymous usage analytics

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in Google Cloud Firestore with the following protections:

• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• Each user's data is isolated — you can only access your own data
• Firestore security rules enforce that only authenticated users can read and write their own documents
• Photos are stored locally on your device

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with anyone except:

• Firebase/Google Cloud: For authentication, data storage, and hosting (subject to Google's privacy policy)
• Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data: All your data is visible within the app
• Export your data: You can generate PDF invoices and share them
• Delete your account: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings within the app
• Update your information: You can edit your profile at any time from Settings

Children's Privacy

DoneFlow is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy within the app and updating the "Last updated" date
